Refund & Return Policy

At Sherri’s Crafts-n-Things, every order is crafted with care and attention. Because many items are personalized and created specifically for you, this policy protects the integrity of our business while ensuring fairness for our customers.

Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.


1. Custom & Personalized Items

Most items we create are custom-made. As such:

All custom and personalized items are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-RETURNABLE.

This includes any item that is:

  • Personalized or made to order

  • Created using names, dates, photos, or uploaded files

  • Designed based on customer instructions

  • Approved by you during the design process

Once a custom order is placed and production begins, no cancellations or changes can be made.

Additional Custom Item Rules

  • No refunds will be issued if the customer fails to respond to design approval messages.

  • No refunds will be issued for color variations due to differences in screen or device display.

  • We are not responsible for incorrect sizes, measurements, or information provided by the customer.


2. Standard (Non-Custom) Items

All non-custom items are also non-returnable and non-refundable.

No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be issued unless the item is defective.


3. Issues With Your Order (Defective or Incorrect Items)

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect:

You must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery.

To process a claim, we require:

  • Video showing the issue

  • Return of the product (if requested)

  • Proof of unboxing (video)

These items help us verify what occurred and ensure accurate replacements when appropriate.

If approved, we may repair, replace, or issue store credit at our discretion.

Refunds are not issued for custom or non-custom items unless legally required.


4. Shipping & Delivery

4.1 Carrier Delays

We are not responsible for any delays caused by USPS, UPS, FedEx, or other shipping carriers.

4.2 Incorrect Addresses

We are not responsible for packages shipped to an address incorrectly entered by the customer.

4.3 Lost or Stolen Packages

If tracking shows Delivered but you did not receive the package:

  • You must file a claim with the carrier

  • We do not replace or refund packages marked as delivered


5. Return Shipping Costs

If a return is approved (in rare cases involving defects):

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Return shipping labels are not provided unless otherwise stated.


6. Exchanges

Because your answer to Question 6 was D (No exchanges):

We do not offer exchanges for any items.


7. Refund Method

Store credit is the only form of refund provided.

No cash, debit, or credit refunds are issued.

Store credit may only be used toward future purchases and does not expire unless required by state law.


8. Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled after they are placed

, regardless of whether production has begun.

This includes both custom and non-custom items.


9. Rush Orders

Rush processing fees are:

  • Nonrefundable

  • Not guaranteed for specific dates due to potential carrier delays

We will always do our best, but rush fees cover production priority not postal speed.


10. Digital Products

If you sell digital files:

Digital products are nonrefundable.

Once delivered electronically, they cannot be returned or exchanged.


11. Color Disclaimer

Because of screen and device differences:

We do not offer refunds for color variations.

Colors may appear slightly different in person than on your screen.
