At Sherri’s Crafts-n-Things, every order is crafted with care and attention. Because many items are personalized and created specifically for you, this policy protects the integrity of our business while ensuring fairness for our customers.
Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.
Most items we create are custom-made. As such:
This includes any item that is:
Personalized or made to order
Created using names, dates, photos, or uploaded files
Designed based on customer instructions
Approved by you during the design process
Once a custom order is placed and production begins, no cancellations or changes can be made.
No refunds will be issued if the customer fails to respond to design approval messages.
No refunds will be issued for color variations due to differences in screen or device display.
We are not responsible for incorrect sizes, measurements, or information provided by the customer.
No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be issued unless the item is defective.
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect:
To process a claim, we require:
Video showing the issue
Return of the product (if requested)
Proof of unboxing (video)
These items help us verify what occurred and ensure accurate replacements when appropriate.
If approved, we may repair, replace, or issue store credit at our discretion.
Refunds are not issued for custom or non-custom items unless legally required.
We are not responsible for any delays caused by USPS, UPS, FedEx, or other shipping carriers.
We are not responsible for packages shipped to an address incorrectly entered by the customer.
If tracking shows Delivered but you did not receive the package:
You must file a claim with the carrier
We do not replace or refund packages marked as delivered
If a return is approved (in rare cases involving defects):
Return shipping labels are not provided unless otherwise stated.
Because your answer to Question 6 was D (No exchanges):
No cash, debit, or credit refunds are issued.
Store credit may only be used toward future purchases and does not expire unless required by state law.
This includes both custom and non-custom items.
Rush processing fees are:
Nonrefundable
Not guaranteed for specific dates due to potential carrier delays
We will always do our best, but rush fees cover production priority not postal speed.
If you sell digital files:
Once delivered electronically, they cannot be returned or exchanged.
Because of screen and device differences:
Colors may appear slightly different in person than on your screen.
