Shipping Policy

At Sherri’s Crafts-n-Things, each item is made with care. This Shipping Policy explains how and when your order will be shipped, what to expect during delivery, and what happens if issues arise during transit.


1. Processing Time

Processing time refers to how long it takes us to make and prepare your order before shipping it.

1.1 Custom Orders

Most of our products are custom-made. Processing time varies depending on:

  • Order volume

  • Complexity of the design

  • Seasonal demand

  • Availability of materials

Processing times are estimates and begin after we receive design approval (when applicable).

1.2 Ready-Made Items

Even non-custom items may require standard processing time for packaging and handling.

1.3 Rush Orders

Rush processing is available for select items.

  • Rush fees are nonrefundable

  • Rush processing speeds up production not shipping transit time


2. Shipping Time

Shipping time begins once your order has been handed over to the carrier.

We use trusted carriers such as:

  • USPS

  • UPS

  • FedEx

Important:

We are not responsible for delays once the package is in the carrier’s possession.

Weather, holidays, staffing shortages, or carrier errors may cause delays.


3. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Weight

  • Destination

  • Carrier

  • Service selected

Some items may have flat-rate shipping.


4. Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive an email or text message containing your tracking number (when available).

Tracking updates are managed directly by the shipping carrier.


5. Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order.

We are not responsible for:

  • Packages delivered to an incorrectly entered address

  • Reshipment costs for returned packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses

If the package is returned to us, the customer must pay for reshipping.


6. Lost, Missing, or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked Delivered by the carrier, we consider the order fulfilled.

If your package is stolen or missing after delivery:

  • You must file a claim with the carrier

  • We do not issue refunds or replacements for packages marked as delivered

We recommend checking with neighbors, your household members, or your local post office.


7. Damaged Packages or Items

If your package arrives damaged, notify us within 24 hours with:

  • Video of the unboxing

  • Video or photos showing the damage

  • Any relevant packaging materials

We may require the product to be returned.

Approved cases may result in repair, replacement, or store credit — not a cash refund.

If you offer international shipping, tell me and I’ll add a section.
